12. Indemnification

13. Termination

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Aura Life Management Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
